We accept returns by mail within 30 days of delivery. Your returned item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags, packaging and labels attached. Please note, you will need to pay for your own return postage. We do not accept exchanges, so please return your item for a refund and place a new order for your desired item.

- First securely pack your item for postage, using original packaging if possible. Include the original packing slip and clearly mark the reason for your return. If you can’t find your packing slip, please include a legible note with your full name, order number, email address and reasons for return.
- Address your parcel to Returns, DC Store, Unit 11, The Edge Business Centre, Humber Road, London, NW2 6EW.
- Select a tracked service and send your parcel via your choice of carrier (Royal Mail, DHL etc), making sure to get a proof of postage and tracking number.
Damaged or faulty items
If your item is incorrect, damaged in transit, or faulty on arrival, email us immediately at customerservice@shopdc.co.uk. Please include details and images of the issue. If incorrect items/sizes were shipped or the item has a manufacturer defect or damage sustained during shipping, we will provide a full refund including postage costs.
Processing times
Returns submitted by mail will be processed within two weeks of delivery to the warehouse. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once issued, the refund will typically appear on your billing statement within 7-10 business days.
